Q: Will I pay any more when I use the other networks?
A: Your charges stay the same, whether your phone’s using Orange or T-Mobile signal.
Q: Does my phone automatically connect back to my home network when there is better coverage?
A: No, you’ll connect back to your home network once you’ve finished any calls and your phone next searches for an available network. This will take between 2 and 60 minutes. If, after 60 minutes, your phone is still connected to the other network just turn your phone off and on again or for phones with a flight mode, turn this on and off again.
Q: Will I be able to use signal from both networks when I’m abroad?
A: No, we’re only sharing networks in the UK.
Q: Will things like Orange Wednesdays or T-Mobile Night In be affected?
A: No, these continue as normal. Only Orange customers can use Orange Wednesdays and only T-Mobile customers can use T-Mobile Night In.
Q: Will I need to ring a different customer services or voicemail number when my phone connects to the other network?
A: No, you should continue to use all your usual services as normal.
Q: Can I opt-out of this service?
A: We hope you'll enjoy the extra coverage you'll get now that you can access signal from two networks. But if for any reason you want to remove the service you can call T-Mobile Customer Services on 150, selecting option 4 or Orange pay as you go customer services on 150, or Orange pay monthly on 345.
